College Readiness Outline for High School Students (Starter ONLY) Part I, Week 1

This is a simple outline for the first week of a college readiness course for high school students. The survey questions should be put into google forms and used as an assessment tool. Survey 1 is to be used to gauge the level of readdiness for the class as a whole. Survey 2 is to be used to inform the teacher or advisor on the student's individual college readiness needs. This is part 1 for week 1. I will add more if there is a demand. Enjoy!
