Classroom-Wide RTI Screening Tool for Occupational Therapy

This screening tool is designed to provide quick insight into how an occupational therapy practitioner may be able to provide assistance in a classroom, to improve overall classroom function and increase academic success. It helps to highlight specific areas of concern, and break down concerns into a tiered approach, so that the therapist can get a quick idea of what areas they might need to further assess and what types of interventions would be appropriate (whole classroom interventions, small targeted groups, or a few students in need of more direct services).
