What educators are saying

Our district wants us to label items around our classroom. I used these labels all around my class and they look great.
We used this to label the classroom as a whole class activity. The kids loved picking their label and finding that item/area in the classroom.

Description

This student-friendly classroom label set is the perfect way to create a print-rich environment in your classroom. A total of 80 labels are included to help you organize your primary classroom. Each label includes the word in a clear font with a child friendly picture. Simply print on cardstock, cut, and laminate the labels. Place the labels near each object in the classroom.

Creating a print-rich environment gives children the foundation they need to become successful readers and writers. By creating a supportive environment that is literacy-rich, students have more opportunities to practice literacy skills including: phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, listening and speaking in authentic ways.

Keeping the classroom organized and finding supplies will be easy for you and your students.

How Do I Use This?

  1. Print and Laminate
  2. Hang each label near the coordinating object.
  3. Point out the words when necessary (for example: at clean up time point to the "pencils" label on the shelf so your students put them in the right place.)
