Classmate Agreement, Getting Along Activity - Bullying Prevention Worksheet
- PDF
What educators are saying
Description
⭐ Introducing the Classmate Agreement set of 3 templates, a valuable resource designed for teachers and educators to foster a positive and harmonious classroom environment. This tool aims to address and reduce relational aggression and ongoing conflicts among students, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and collaboration.
⭐ In this pdf digital download, you will receive 3 separate templates that facilitate an agreement between students engaging in continuous conflict to choose to be "classmates" or "friends." A description of both is available in either full sentences for older students or picture format for younger students. There are also behavioral definitions of bullying included so that the student has a clear understanding of when their behavior is crossing the line of respect and appropriate behavior.
⭐ The students then agree which classification they would like to be moving forward and sign at the bottom for increased accountability. This worksheet and discussion can be facilitated with any school trusted adult (administrator, recess supervisor, classroom teachers, etc.) and can be shared with parents as an intervention tool to decrease conflict and problem behaviors throughout the school day.
