This packet is full of activities to engage readers! It includes hands-on activities, comprehension checks, chapter quizzes and promotes higher-order thinking. In addition, it contains writing tasks for analytical, creative, and reflective purposes. Both the anticipation guide and the quiz can be edited to accommodate your needs!

The Learning Activity Pack is in pdf format but includes hyperlinks to the editable portions. The comprehension checks recall events that take place in each chapter to reward students for reading and the activities cater to more critical thinking. While the packet is organized into a 5-week program please feel free to work at the pace that better suits your needs!

This Learning Packet is also well-suited for homeschooling and summer reading!
