Christmas at the Movies Elementary Music Christmas Concert Program Script

This handy script will help you plan your next elementary music Christmas/holiday/winter concert. I use this script to have students introduce the songs for the program. Each introduction is only a minute or two long, so it's an easy way to get students involved in public speaking, and makes for a smooth transition between songs. I have used this program with 2nd-5th graders, with 5th graders doing the speaking parts.

The theme for this program is "Christmas at the Movies". Each song comes from a movie about winter or Christmas. The script gives a short introduction about the movie each song or medley comes from.

The script includes song recommendations, but no actual sheet music is included. The zip file contains a pdf of the script and an editable word document as well.
