    Description

These christmas and winter crafts are too cute to miss out on! These art activities would be perfect for a December bulletin board. They suit kindergarten and first grade math lessons and math centers.

This bundle features 6 fun craftivities (math arts & crafts) for christmas and winter:

    • Candy Cane - Missing Numbers
    • Stocking - Matching Numbers and Words
    • Sleigh - Counting Objects
    • Snowman - True or False Equations
    • Hot Chocolate - Missing Number in Equations
    • Tree - Commutative Addition and Subtraction

Students complete 3-4 easy steps to make each craft (solve, cut, color, glue). Best of all, this is NO PREP for teachers! Simply print and go. Written and visual instructions are included for your students if you would like to print them out or display them on technology.

Each craft supports differentiation and features different numbers (e.g. counting to 5 or counting to 10). This activity is designed for kindergarten and 1st grade and aligns explicitly to the common core standards. However, these crafts are suitable for older students, based on your student's abilities.

These math crafts are great for math lessons, if you want a creative/art element, and excellent for wall displays, door decor, or bulletin boards.

When/how to use these math crafts:

    • Whole group math lesson
    • Small group work (math centers)
    • Independent math fact practice
    • Morning work
    • Homework
    • Easy activity for a sub
    • Early finishers
    • Back from christmas break activities
