“3- An Interactive Elf Musical”
The members of the audience are not just spectators!
This Skit-Kit prints in black and white only. There are no fancy fonts or graphics. Costumes can be as simple or elaborate as you choose. (Runs 25-30 minutes, and a CD of songs can be recorded and used during performances.) Used for math, literacy, or just for fun, this is a charming production!
The setting is one of Santa’s Workshops on Christmas Eve. The elves have a BIG PROBLEM! They are looking for three elves to replace those who have been promoted because everything they do is divisible by three. Throughout the performance, songs are sung by the elves encouraging the audience to sing along. Toward the end, three audience members have the opportunity to join the elves on stage as the, “New Elves” Even Elvis gets a comical cameo role! (All songs are familiar to most, but are suggestions only, and are not for sale by me.) My skit can be performed in the classroom, or on the stage of your auditorium. The cast calls for twenty one elves, but more or less may be used, (must be divisible by three) doormen & stage hands can also be added.
This Skit-Kit Includes
Cast of Characters & affordable/easily obtained list of needed props.
The Script: Complete with stage directions and expression suggestions.
Template for the program cast list, (distributed as audience arrives.)
Recipe and instructions for Reindeer Food (print on red and green copier paper, to be distributed to children as the audience leaves.) Mini Candy-Canes are also distributed. A poster pattern (cut on red and green construction paper.) Add glitter to rim and bell of the cap. A schematic of the classroom or stage is included with the placement of props.
It also includes optional little extras that help make this production extra special !
