Christmas Party Jeopardy style game show for Kindergarten to 2nd Grade!

Want to have some FUN on those first few days of school before Winter Break? Here is a suggestion: a GAME SHOW!! Five fun categories that will get your kids laughing, thinking, and up out of their chairs for a really good time. Make sure you have your camera ready!

This download INCLUDES a copy for Google Classroom! Great for Distance Learning. The GC version does not include scoring and the point values do not disappear...this is just a limitation of Google Slides. However, the fun and learning are STILL THERE!

Categories include:

Scrambled- unscramble the letters to make Christmas themed words

In a Minute-you have ONE MINUTE to do fun activities! Move over candy canes without using your hands, you and a partner wrap a gift using only ONE of your hands and one of theirs, and more!

Draw It- Draw a Christmas or Winter themed word for your team to guess.

Movie Trivia-Who led Santa's sleigh?

Charades-act out your favorite Christmas songs without saying a word (a Word document is included with the names of the carols)

++For the In a Minute category you will need: 20 Christmas cards (new or used), box of gingerbread cookies, 144 plastic cups (36 for each team), 8 shoe boxes, 4 pair of mittens/gloves and a bag of chocolate kisses.++

This Game Show plays a little differently. The class is divided into four teams. Teams take turns choosing the next category/dollar amount. So if Team 1 takes a turn, Team 1 will choose the category and amount BUT ALL of the teams will try to guess the answer. First team to get the correct answer is awarded the points. The team who is awarded the points is NOT the next one to choose a new category. Now it is Team TWO'S turn. Then Team 3, then Team 4... not who guessed the correct answer. :)

These games do not appear to work on Macs. If you have a Mac, please pass on buying this product.

You AND your kids are going to love choosing which "contestants" team they are on. When you get the correct answer, check it on the screen, then click YOUR team's contestant to be awarded the points!

Just click F5 on your keyboard to start the game.

If you have a smartboard or any other type of interactive whiteboard, you can also use the projection from those and just use the interactive portion without having to convert the file to whatever it is you use! If you're able to "play" a regular powerpoint, you should be able to play this one too!
