Easy Christmas ornament craft for your articulation and language mixed groups! Ditch the flashcards and worksheets in December and breathe some new life into your speech therapy sessions during a FUNctional craft that can be sent as speech homework over winter break. It will look festive on your student's Christmas tree and remind them to practice their speech or language targets.

Make the month of December a little bit more FUN with this ornament craftivity. You can target lots of speech and language skills with this ONE craftivity. Skills to target articulation, categories, and verb actions are included. There is some prep needed to cut out the ornaments.
Classroom teachers can use this craft as well! There are writing templates in this set that are perfect for meeting that language and writing common core standards.
How to use:
Print pages 4 on cardstock or construction paper in any color you want. Have the students cut out the ornament or you pre-cut them before making the Christmas craft. Each child needs two cardstock ornament templates (front and back).
Then, print out desired pages you want the student to include in their ornament. Cut out, hole punch all the pages and tie them together with string, ribbon, etc. Students can decorate the outside of their ornament with craft supplies (glitter, cotton balls, stickers, crayons, etc.)
Students can then practice their speech and language targets on the inside of the craft. They can hang them on their tree at home and practice during the week!

Page 7: blank page to customize for sounds/words
