My students loved building their names out of Christmas lights. We printed the letters on colored paper but you can just as easily print them out on white paper and have them color the lights.
This was so fun! My students loved making their names "Glow" and the display of them looked perfect on the chalkboard in the back of our room.
Description
Kids will love this adorable light bulb craft project! In this activity, students create an adorable string of holiday lights with their name on it. These student name displays would be a great bulletin board display and parents will absolutely love hanging them in their own homes!
Included in this download are four template versions:
- directions
- 6 pages with all 26 letters printed (uppercase and lowercase)
-26 pages with 5 of same letter on each page (uppercase and lowercase)
There are two printable versions of this activity. You may print all of the letters on 6 pages or you can print pages with 5 of the same letter on each page. Whichever is easier for you and your students!
