Christmas CANDY CANE Science Lab Winter

This is a great lab for students to do before Christmas break or during distance learning!

Includes lab sheet observation sheet and scientific method handout/printable.

Need for each student or group:

-four cups or bowls

-four liquids

-four small candy canes

Students soak four different candy canes in different liquids and observe the change. They can write or draw the before & after canes and include details of its appearance.

I like to use this when teaching the scientific method!!
