Can your students create a "catchy hook" for their chili recipe?
For your culinary students: a fish-themed marketing unit and poster project! Introduce your secondary students to the world of basic marketing: the 4 P's, goods vs. services, etc.
Your students will
- Take fish-themed notes as a foundation for this project
- Choose from five chili recipes to cook and base their project on
- Create a poster their their lab group goal and target audience
- Come up with a "catchy hook" for their recipes
- Complete a Lab Evaluation (5 questions, key included)
