What educators are saying

Super easy to use! I love that I can have students complete this on Classroom, Seesaw, or with paper/pencil.
I used this for 4th grade and it was very easy to use. It was also easy to differentiate for students using the online version.

    Description

This resource is sure to increase your students' reading comprehension for the novel Charlotte's Web. All comprehension activities will require your students to "dig into" the text. This resource is perfect for distance learning or face to face instruction.

Watch the VIDEO preview to see all included digital and printable activities.

Activities are included for every chapter in the novel. There are 36 digital activities and 21 printables.

    Extras:

    • Character Analysis Charts: There are 3 character analysis charts for the 3 main characters: Wilbur, Fern, and Templeton. Students will need a character trait list (Check out the Freebie in my TPT store!) to accompany the Wilbur and Fern sheets. The Templeton sheet asks students to find quotes and actions for Templeton. The Templeton activity can lead to a great discussion about Templeton’s character. Ask your students, could he be trusted? Is he a dependable friend?

    • Character Importance/Secondary Character Analysis: This chart is a good cumulative analysis of the story. Students will determine why each of the secondary characters was included in the story. By completing this activity, students will begin to understand the interactions between the characters and why each character is important to the plot of the story.

    • Google "How to" Guide: Explains how to upload and use this product with Google Classroom for Distance Learning. Note: This product will also be compatible with canvas or other online learning platforms.

    • Answer Keys for all activities!
