Charles Dickens was one of the greatest and most influential English writers of the Victorian era. This resource is about the life and work of Charles Dickens. It contains a fully editable, SIMPLE TEXT, 50-slide PowerPoint presentation on Charles Dickens.
As well as writing some of the most widely read stories of all time, such as ‘A Christmas Carol’, ‘A Tale of Two Cities’ and ‘Oliver Twist’, ‘David Copperfield’. ‘The Pickwick Papers’ and ‘Great Expectations’, the presentation explains how Charles Dickens’ writing drew attention to the plight of the working classes in Victorian England.
