What educators are saying

Fun and easy lesson on Charcuterie boards. It teaches students about history of it and allows them to create their own boards by dragging and dropping items. Fun!
Easy assignment to put together. I assigned it to my students on the Google Classroom and then went over the presentation myself. Then, we created our own charcuterie boards in the kitchen, the next class.
