This 20-page workbook and project are the perfect culminating project for ANY novel study! Students create a scrapbook using multiple genres to show different important aspects of the character and plot. This works well for independent novels and whole-class novels too!
The scrapbook includes 10 required elements. This workbook comes complete with minilessons for each required piece, examples, and room to brainstorm. In addition, QR codes lead students to helpful websites to create their scrapbook pieces. Finally, a rubric is included so that students can self-evaluate, and you can assess their work!
Students can follow these instructions to create a digital scrapbook on Google Slides or Canva-- but many students also enjoy using real scrapbook paper and other media to make a physical version!
