Do you meet with a small group for reading? Do you meet with your struggling students for RTI? If that answer is yes, then this complete set of small group activities is just for you. This month covers character responses and setting. Everything you need to successfully implement RTI in your classroom is included.

The Response to Intervention activities included are intended for 3rd -5th grade students who are still struggling with reading fluently, comprehension, phonemic sounds, vocabulary, and writing. This set is for September and includes everything you need to make sure the 5 components of reading and the writing process are covered during your small group rotation. There are enough materials to use on a weekly basis. A lesson plan has been included for each week to help guide you through this RTI curriculum. You can use all or pick and choose what would work best with your students during small group rotations.

Each month focuses on a reading standard, phonemic sound, writing type, selected 3rd-5th grade sight and vocabulary words. There are 4 weeks included in September. The September set focuses on character response and setting, along with a particular sound and vocabulary words for each week.
