What educators are saying
This resource was great in helping my students develop their individual character that they are playing in their monologues for our District Theatre Festival in February! I highly recommend it for character development for not only monologues but for plays and one acts!
Description
This worksheet requires students to analyze four key qualities that will help them establish and create a character for any monologue, scene, or performance activity.
Students are asked to analyze the CROW aspects of a character. CROW stands for the: character (personality and physical attributes), relationships (past interactions with their scene partner or the listener), objectives (what their character wants), and where (setting and circumstances).
I have used this chart with drama students of all levels. It is a great way to help them get into character and prepare for rehearsals.
