Champs Student Expectation Chart Spanish French German World Language

This EDITABLE and clear CHAMPS positive behavior management poster will increase student engagement, motivation, and responsibility in any given activity in your classroom. The purpose of this chart is to show students in world language courses the expectations for a variety of classroom activities including individual tasks, teacher-led discussions, and target language activities.

With this visual and some class discussion, students will know the expectations for conversation, help, activity, movement, and participation to experience success in the classroom. As a result, your students will be more on-task and engaged and they'll be speaking in the target language.

- improves on-task behavior

- reduces distracting and disruptive behavior

- improves academic engagement

- makes class time more effective

- reduces conflict and increases happiness

Note: I made this poster for my Spanish classroom, but the last column is editable for any classroom activity. Pick from three different backgrounds and change your column colors if you so choose.
