I used this as a boarder for our Wheel Study! I loved it but would have loved for the numbers to go up to 15 or 20. I did put the numbers together BUT it took up a lot of room. I love the calm colors and my students love looking at the numbers too.

Carnival or Fair Themed Pennant Banners:
Make fun carnival banners for your classroom or event with this versatile bunting set!
Create any words that you want using the 26 pennants with capital letters of the alphabet. Also included are the numbers 0 to 9 and the characters !, ?, ‘, ".
There are 11 blank pennants with a cute Ferris wheel. These work great if you need a space in your banner.
This product is a PDF file with 52 printable pages.
The pennants are each 7.3” by 9.5”.
To make a banner, print out the letters you need and then cut them out.You can either use the tabs to fold over or punch a hole in each top corner of the pennants. String them together with a ribbon and then hang in your classroom.
