Career Day Schedule

Career Day can be a BIG undertaking and keeping yourself organized is the most important aspect of pulling off such a great event! The excel workbook I have created is going to be your new best friend

This schedule will help you build a master schedule for up to 50 teachers, 40 vendors and 20 time slots. You will be able to see at a glance the location of teachers for each time slot and make sure that all available time is accounted for. You can also use this to make sure lunch, restroom breaks and any recess or specials classes are scheduled for each class.

You will also get a second tab that will populate a schedule for each vendor. You can see which teacher is scheduled for each vendor for every time slot. I have used this to make sure each vendor is being utilized well, and not have them sitting around without a class. This will also help you ensure each vendor gets an appropriate break for lunch or for special circumstances where they may not be available for the entire day.
