Candy Bar End of the Year Awards {Editable!}

These end of the year awards with a candy bar theme are a perfect way to wrap up your year! There are 103 different candies to choose from, so you will have no problem finding candies and awards to fit your students. They print in black and white, so just grab your favorite colorful paper and print! Students love the Dot Dudes from Sarah Pecorino Illustrations!

My fifth graders this year were so unique and full of personality, and I searched to the ends of the Internet to find the perfect awards for them because I didn’t really have time to make them myself. Well even with all of the amazing options on TpT, I still couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, so I did end up creating them. Now that it’s summer (woot woot) , I have time to pretty them up, make them editable, and post them. So here you go. My students loved them, and I hope yours do too!

So many awards:

I got a little carried away because, what can I say, I like variety. After I made the 23 for my students, I decided to keep going because I know that candy options may be different depending on where you live, and I wanted to make this as easy as possible for you so you don’t have to make a million stops searching for the candy. While this year, I had my own class for all of the subjects, in the past we have switched classes in fifth grade, so I decided to make enough for if I wanted each student to get a different one. Also, I know some teachers loop up with their students, so you can use them multiple years without repeating.

Tips for finding candy:

I didn’t want to spend an arm an a leg on the candy, so I started at Dollar Tree. They have a huge selection of the movie theater boxes. (Comes in handy for summer movies too  )

Walgreens is my next stop because they often have a sale on candy where they are $1 each, as well. Be on the lookout for sales, though, because otherwise they get pricey! CVS was my last stop, again look for sales, because regular prices are around $2 per candy, but if you have your heart set on a particular candy, they do have a good variety.
