Page 1 ~ Rubric: Keeps student organized by showing what information is expected in each paragraph. Students staple to report & it doubles as rubric for you to use to give them their score.

Pages 2-6 ~ Research Notes: Each page represents 1 paragraph. Students use content list from rubric to guide them to complete research pages. They will then turn each page into a paragraph.

Page 7 ~ Bibliography: Shows students MLA format for books and websites. Gives space for them to keep resources written down while they do their research. Also shows how to include textual evidence within the report.
