What educators are saying

I liked the way this summarized the speed time relationship. I Love the ease of using it in google classroom
I used this along with other activities on a work day after going over the material in class. The students enjoyed this.

Description

Now you can add an interactive layer to this PDF and assign it to your students through Google Classroom!

With this worksheet, students will practice graphing provided data on 3 different distance/time graphs and will then interpret the graph and calculate the average speed. Students will also answer a series of questions which require them to manipulate the speed equation to solve for either the speed, distance or time. There are a few questions that require students to recognize that the word problem gives time in two different units (for example, students will have to convert 1 minute to 60 seconds in order to solve).

Images for each problem are provided and a full teacher answer key is also included.
