This lesson plan details how Caffeine has become the "Brain fuel" of our fast-paced culture, helping teens keep up with the frenetic pace of modern life. Information is provided on how much caffeine a teen should consume in a day, the negative side effects of caffeine in teens, and the breakdown of caffeine, and sometimes sugar, in the different caffeinated drinks teens consume.
