What educators are saying

My kids love this resource! It's fun, easy to prep, and meaningful practice for the phonics patterns we are learning.

Description

Are you looking for fun CVCE word family worksheets to add to your winter phonics? These January no prep magic E worksheets are a great one to add! Students will love writing the words under their word families and then coloring the pictures.

Students will look for a word that belongs in a certain word family and write it under their heading. Next, they'll color the picture by the color code. They'll even get to complete the pictures with some of their own color choices. These are great for word work centers, fast finishers, or as homework.

Word Families used in this unit: ake, ale, ame, ane, ape, are, ase, ate, ave, ide, ike, ile, ime, ine, ipe, ire, ite, ive, obe, ode, oke, ole, ome, one, ore, ose, ote, ube, ude, uke, ule, ume, une, ure, use, ute

There are fourteen coloring sheets and answer keys for all.

Here is what is included:

•Two color and write CVCE word family pages for each vowel A, I, O, U

•Six mixed vowel CVCE word family pages

•Answer keys
