How to use the CVC Word Successive Blending Task Cards?
- Students start at the top of the task card and sound out each phoneme.
- They then progress to the next line and blend the first two phonemes before sliding to and blending the final phoneme.
- Finally, students blend all the phonemes to read the CVC word.
- Once students read the complete CVC word they can uncover the picture to check if they read the word correctly.
