This CVC Segment, Blend and Clip resource is a great way for students to work on decoding and blending basic CVC words. Once students decode and blend the word, they decide if the word matches the picture by clipping the thumbs up or thumbs down icon. One card will be correct, and the other card will be incorrect. This simple activity builds confidence and shows comprehension by providing ample opportunity to practice reading CVC words. This packet comes with 276 cards/138 pairs of short vowel CVC words.
