The Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet with Pivot Tables already created FOR you in this product allows you to:

o Document your daily contacts with/about students very quickly by name, date, grade level, school (if relevant), reason, and add comments about the contact.

o Have a private way to keep your counseling notes separate from school, district, or state tracking, allowing your notes to remain sole-possession records.

o Print graphs at the end of the year (or any time you want, really) that show how many students you saw, what grade levels/schools they were in, what months were the busiest, and what counseling issues were addressed the most. This can be done in a way that student confidentiality is maintained when sharing the data.

o Print an individual student’s contacts to file separately from the document, if this is needed.

o Print, at the end of the year, a complete list of your student contacts (direct or indirect) both by date and by student name to keep for your private files.

• Microsoft Excel 2010 is the minimum requirement, which needs to be installed on the computer you will be using. The product works with PCs and MacBook Pro.
