This colorful grade book template is made with different colors to easily keep track of grades. It was created in Microsoft Word, and it is fully editable. This resource provides places for student names, assignment names, points total, and dates. The teacher's name and class area are also fully editable. You can type in the information, or you can print and handwrite on this document. This accommodates 25 to 30 students.

Student Modifications/Accommodations Charts - This Student Accommodations Chart makes it so easy to keep track of all accommodations and modifications for students throughout the year!! In this zip folder, there are editable and printable versions. The FULLY EDITABLE versions were created in PowerPoint. A PDF file is provided for the PRINTABLE versions. For each version, there are three different list sizes available--10, 15, and 20 students. At the top of each chart, there is room for at least 18 different accommodations. If you need room for more students or accommodations, you can double up pages. I have also included an example of how to use the accommodation chart as well.
