CELF Preschool 3 Template

This is a simple and to the point template for the CELF Preschool, 3rd Edition (CELF-P3).

I make templates that are easy to copy and paste into any Special Education management program.

***For the chart, make sure to copy and paste it as if an image. Click on it, and select copy. It should copy onto any Special Ed. program. I use eSPED, and it has worked for me.

I did add an informational graph for the composite scores.

Steps on changing the information

• Click on the graph
• Look at the top bar and click on "Chart Tools"
• Click on "Edit Data" which will open Excel
• Change the Scores
• Click off and it should be updated
• To place it in your system – Use the application “Snipping Tool” on your Windows computer (I will have to check if there is a Mac alternative). Use the snipping tool, and save the chart as a new photo. This will allow you to upload the chart to your SPED records system. I use ESped and it has worked so far.
