This butterfly life cycle craft is easy to assemble and can be completed in one session, or you can space it out and have the kids do one life cycle stage at a time while learning about that particular stage.
This butterfly craft comes both as a black and white template that kids can color in all by themselves or as a pre-colored craft template - which is perfect if you make this butterfly life cycle model yourself to show your students.
We recommend printing on heavier print paper/cardstock.
There is a label for each stage of the life cycle that kids can use to mark each stage of the butterfly life cycle (with alternative names included) – butterfly, caterpillar (or larva), chrysalis (or pupa), and eggs.
