Business Ethics- Code of Ethics Assignment

This download is an assignment students will complete using the Internet. The assignment deals with business ethics and involves businesses' code of ethics. A code of ethics is a document that outlines the principles of conduct to be used in making decisions within an organization.

The document contains 19 URL addresses/links to different companies code of ethics documents. Students will choose the company they are interested in, slowly type in the link online, and then read through that companies code of ethics. On a piece of notebook paper, they are required to write down at least 15 bulleted notes that cover the whole code of ethics. You can then have students share their information with their classmates.

There is detailed directions on the handout. The companies to choose from are ones that I found that are short. Example companies are: Wendy's, CVS, Subway, Petco, etc. Students should enjoy this activity.
