A set of 11 knowledge organisers (KOs) or revision mats for KS3 (Grades 6 - 8) German.

Each knowledge organiser has the aims, an overview of the key grammar, a list of the most useful words from the topic (also seen in the context of complete sentences), a selection of key verbs in different tenses, and some “wow” higher level sentences to use.

Knowledge organisers are fantastic tools for teachers - especially teachers of languages. They provide a one-page overview of a particular topic for students to refer to independently. These include key grammar explanations, key vocabulary (including how to use it in example sentences) and contextual sentences in different tenses in order to provide students with everything they need to revise the topic and create excellent written and spoken answers. They can be used to introduce a topic, to set homework from, to set work remotely, for vocab memorisation tasks, as writing/speaking help mats... the list is endless.
