    This is a bundle of 2 which includes a free standing, 14 slide, highly animated power point presentation on the Rights, Duties, and Privileges of US Citizens. Each of the slides are editable so you can modify the presentation to fit your individual needs.

    It also includes a 16 page, Unit Lesson Plan covering the roles, rights, and responsibilities of US Citizens and covers 7 to 10 days instruction. It covers all civics standards and modeled after the State of Florida, specifically.

    The power point presentation covers the following:

    The Declaration of Independence, set the tone for future citizen rights by declaring that humans are “endowed with certain ‘Inalienable Rights,’ that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”Each United States citizen has freedoms and opportunities that are not available to citizens of other countries. These “rights” were gained by great sacrifice but we often take them for granted. Each United States citizen should passionately understand them and enjoy them all!
