This was a great lesson. Kids were so excited to begin and this was perfect for introducing cutting and gluing skills. The kids loved rubbing with the side of the crayon and adding details after.
Description
Build a Dinosaur Template Shape & Collagraph Lesson
1. This is a great lesson for 1st and 2nd Graders where they will learn and or review the names of Geometric Shapes.
2. Students will practice neat cutting.
3. Students will practice neat gluing
4. Students will practice composing and designing
5. Students will do a crayon rubbing on the backside of their dinosaur cutout. Collagraph Crayon Rubbing.
Every student can have meaningful practice, fun, and their own dinosaur picture that they designed.
