Grab this "Build Your Own" chore chart to help give your child a visual representation of jobs you would like them to help with. What makes this chore chart "Build Your Own" or editable?

The chores are "moveable" pieces. You can determine if you would like to glue chores onto the chart or use velcro to make the pieces interchangeable and able to adapt to the growing needs and abilities of your child.

Included Parts:

  • Chore Chart
  • 67 Chore Squares with Pictures and Words
  • 11 Write Your Own
  • 12 Draw Your Own
  • Piggy Bank and Reward Money

How to Use this Editable Chore Chart:

Step 1: Print the chore chart and chore squares out. Cut the chore squares out that you would like to use.

Step 2: (Two Options)

Option 1: Glue the chores you want to use onto your chart and laminate it.

Option 2: Laminate the chore chart and the chores you are using.

Cut around the chore squares. Add one side of velcro dots to the blank squares on the chore chart. Add the other side of the velcro dots to the chores.

Each week help your child to pick what chores they want to do for the week.

Step 3: Set up the chore chart in a special place your child can see throughout the week.
