Description

This Buddy Bench program will provide engaging, easy to use, multiple subject area integrated content ideas for students. Teach your students how to make friends in school and combat student loneliness with real life, meaningful project based learning.  

This all inclusive Buddy Bench program contains everything you need to start an initial program for your class as well as how to increase effectiveness if your school already has a Buddy Bench.

The Buddy Bench/ Friendship Bench project is loved by teachers and students because it’s a concrete way to show how to spread kindness in school.   Included are a set of over 20 editable, digital and black line printable daily lesson plans.

Are editable resources included?

Five of the student pages within this unit are also included as an editable pdf that can be customized for your needs.  You will need to download and install a free version of Adobe Reader to edit the pdf and a free font for personal use: KG Neatly Printed.  Specific directions are included.

Are digital resources included?

Most of the student pages (over 60) within this unit are also included in a digital format and can be shared with students using your Google Drive.  When you purchase this product, you will be given access to a link that will allow you to open the file in Google Slides. You’ll then share that file with your students. The slides can be printed and adapted for students who prefer to answer the questions by hand. You can also view and print a student's completed version of the slides.
