Description

A fun lesson in vocabulary to use for a unit on Bucket Filling. Perfect for use after listening to the story: "Have You Filled A Bucket Today?" by Carol McCloud. This also would be a great addition to any character education unit or character counts. Students will love this interactive game. My students love Bingo games and it is a fun and easy way to differentiate learning in my Special Education classroom. Great for students with Autism, developmental disabilities, or ESL. Set includes 16 Bingo boards (all different) and one set of calling cards.

Vocabulary and Ways to Fill Buckets:

share

compliment

smile

help

take turns

show love

be kind

introduce yourself to someone new

write a thank you letter

listen

give a hug

say I love you

open the door for someone

ask someone to play

clean up without being asked

give a gift

help someone read

say good morning

tell a joke

congratulate

cheer on a friend

Differentiation:

~Use as a matching game for students still learning matching skills and the basics of how to play Bingo

~give clues about the picture to see if students can recall the information taught in previous lessons

This is a great way to assess what your students have learned through previous lessons.

I would suggest printing, cutting and laminating the Bingo boards for durability.
