    Experiencing Brood XIX and Brood XIII cicadas this year? Learn more about the fascinating cicadas 2024 emergence with this mini-bundle resource!

    This resource includes a digital slides presentation for PowerPoint or Google Slides™ that teaches students all about what to expect from emerging cicadas this year- including the cicada life cycle, behavior, areas affected, and interesting facts!

    Students will present their learning through the creation of a lap-book report or within an interactive notebook format (using included templates.)

    Please review both parts of this bundle (click on individual products) to see if both suit the needs of your class. Previews can be accessed from each individual product.

    This resource is recommended for grades 3 and up, however with very direct teacher guidance and support, it is possible to complete this project in younger grades if completed together as a class or in small groups. Please be aware that writing space in the lap book may be somewhat limited for younger students.
