This Place Value Bridge the Math Gap math workbook is perfect for any elementary school math classroom! We have all had a student enter our class that is not on grade level. If you're anything like me, you are searching for resources that you can use with the student but have a hard time finding resources that align with what the child needs.

I made this place value workbook for every teacher that would like to bridge the achievement gap in their students' learning! :)

2 VERSIONS:

This workbook follows a left side/right side model. The left side is a guided practice page that can be worked out with the teacher's help. The right side is for student practice.

There are 2 versions of the guided practice pages:

  1. I do, we do, you do model
  2. Numbered questions

Both pages have the same exact questions, but you can use whichever version. you feel is best for your classroom :)

Count to 120, starting at any number less than 120. In this range, read and write numerals and represent a number of objects with a written numeral.
Understand that the two digits of a two-digit number represent amounts of tens and ones. Understand the following as special cases:
10 can be thought of as a bundle of ten ones - called a “ten.”
The numbers from 11 to 19 are composed of a ten and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine ones.
The numbers 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 refer to one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine tens (and 0 ones).
