Body Percussion/Movement Ostinato Cards

Movement is a great way for students to feel rhythm and prepare rhythmic elements. It’s also a great way to incorporate partwork. These cards are great for preparing simple rhythms with younger students but also great for working on ostinato patterns through body percussion.

Included in this set are 20 different ostinato cards, available in color and in black in white. Additionally, there are small, medium and large cards that you can print and use for building your own ostinatos or rhythmic patterns. Some sample extension ideas are also included!
