    Description

This black history month unit makes a wonderful bulletin board. It is full of black history month activities. The bundle contains lessons and pop up books on Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglass, Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Study the Abolitionist period, Reconstruction, and the Civil Rights Movement with your students as you complete all of the activities in this unit. Finally, your students can create four fun pop up books when they are done with their studies. The pop up books make a beautiful bulletin board. I have also included my Freedom Quilt lesson which will allow your class to put together a beautiful freedom quilt. The freedom quilt also looks lovely on a bulletin board.
