  • Art Analysis - Students research an art piece done by Vincent van Gogh and complete the analysis chart which has guiding questions to assist with the analysis.   • Song Analysis (Symphony of Self) - Students are asked to locate 2 songs that represent different aspects of Vincent van Gogh's life and explain how each song connects to his life.

  • Quote Analysis (Echoes of Wisdom) - Students will research Vincent van Gogh and find a quote that resonates with them and then complete an organizer with guiding questions. Students are then asked to compile all their information into an infographic poster. Please note that a written example of the layout and information that should be on the infographic is included.   • Symbol Activity (Symbolic Portraits) - Students will have to draw or sketch three images or symbols that come to mind, representing different aspects of Vincent van Gogh’s story and then provide reasons and evidence explaining their choices.
