Description

This is a great activity for a unit on the Bill of Rights and/or the U.S. Constitution. In this activity/ assignments students are assigned to read 12 different scenarios. After reading each scenario they are to figure out if the individual in the scenario had their Constitutional rights violated or not. All scenarios deal with the first 10 amendments. This product comes complete with an answer key. This product WILL generate interesting debate and in-class discussion. Product could also be used to better understand how the Supreme Court interprets the U.S. Constitution.
