Description
Big Ideas Geometry Lesson Unit Plan Templates Common Core Standards Google Slides
This is a zip file that contains 12 Geometry lesson/Unit plan templates that are aligned to Big Ideas Geometry Common Core Standards.
The zip file contains two different formats for planning convenience.
There are 12 separate Word Document templates that are formatted with blank spaces for Unit Resources, Assessments, Activities, and Tasks. There are 15 days across the bottom of the template that can be used to outline the daily activities, skills, etc. addressed each day of the unit.
The second format is a PowerPoint file that contains all 12 templates that can be filled using the textbox feature. The PowerPoint can be uploaded to Google Drive and saved as a Google Slides document for online or distance learning lesson planning.
These templates are reusable year after year. The major components are already filled in to make lesson/unit planning quick and easy.
These templates could be used for any high school Geometry course regardless of the textbook used because the chapter titles are similar throughout most curriculums.
The chapter titles are as follows:
Chapter 1 Basics of Geometry
Chapter 2 Reasoning and Proofs
Chapter 3 Parallel and Perpendicular Lines
Chapter 4 Transformations
Chapter 5 Congruent Triangles
Chapter 6 Relationships within Triangles
Chapter 7 Quadrilaterals and Other Polygons
Chapter 8 Similarity
Chapter 9 Right Triangles and Trigonometry
Chapter 10 Circles
Chapter 11 Circumference, Area and Volume
Chapter 12 Data Analysis and Displays
The entire bundle is $25, which makes each template a little over $2 and the additional PowerPoint/Google Slides templates are included at no additional charge. Since these templates can be used year after year, this is an affordable investment to save lots of time.

Feedback and Ratings:
I welcome all feedback and ratings. I work hard to ensure that the items that I share are neat, useful and accurate. Although I do my best to catch errors in content or format, I am human and as such, I am subject to make mistakes. If you discover an error or experience some form of technical difficulties with my items, I would appreciate the opportunity to correct the problem before a low rating and/or negative feedback is left. Simply submit the issue under the “Ask a Question” tab and I will do my best to resolve it in a timely manner. Also, please keep in mind that due to differences in printer settings, the documents may not align properly (when applicable). The alignment issues should be easily fixed by tweaking your printer settings.
