What educators are saying

This was a great way to start of the school year before leading into our colonization unit. It was a great way to refresh the students memory.

Description

Teacher-prepared notes show students what is important and how ideas relate, and offer a model for how students should take notes themselves (Marzano et al., 2001). These teacher-created notes will help your students grasp the major events that led to crossing of the Bering Land Bridge by hunter-gathers. The notes show the cause-and-effect relationship that led to the early migration of hunter-gathers across the Bering Land Bridge in a flow chart format. These notes also help students understand key vocabulary associated with this unit. Lastly, the notes come with a student version and a completed teacher version. These notes work well as a supplement to class readings!

Also included: Introductory reading and a mapping activity!
