Being Mindful with Sloth Yoga PDF

Whether you are a parent or therapist, using this as a tool, your child or patient will began to take the steps of being more mindful. The goal of this tool is to not only to introduce awareness of senses and thoughts but to move and improve body awareness. The blank thinking bubbles are useful in making these activities more interactive. If you child can not type or write, then I would suggest typing or writing their answers in for them. You can also ignore the blank bubbles and just discuss the content, prior to performing each pose. I have also made Sloth Yoga cards at the end, so if you only want the images without the distraction of the text and bubbles, you can. You may only choose to do one pose a day to start your child's day or as a warm up for therapy. You do not need to do all the exercises in one day.
I also included some extra poses in the cards.
