Description
This behavior chart is a way of tracking student behavior with child. I used it for approximately 2 months with a Kindergartener who was being unsafe and defiant during transitions. I kept consistent and communicated daily with their family and faded it slowly as they got better. I saw great progress with this tool and the strategies I recommend on this document (i.e. choice giving so they have more control over their environment, natural consequences, etc.)
The following behavior chart should be adapted to your schedule and student needs.
